Free Sports Physicals for HSD Students: August 4 & 5.

Students in grades 6–12 at HHS, SMS, and ALMS can get free sports physicals at Hermiston High School on August 4 & 5, provided by Good Shepherd Health Care System. Grades 6–9 are scheduled from 9 a.m.–1 p.m., and grades 10–12 from 1–5 p.m. Don't forget your corrective lenses if needed!

 

Tackle and Flag Football Registration!

Tackle football registration is open for the 2025 season! Practices begin in August, and games kick off in September. Early bird registration is just $100 through June 11, with tiered pricing through August 15. Head to the Team Sideline site, search "Hermiston," and get ready for game time!

Girls Flag Football is back, and we’re looking for athletes and one more head coach! Two teams will be formed for 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade players. The cost is $50 per participant, and practices begin in August. Don’t wait, sign up by August 15 to secure your spot!
