🚍 Bus Route Reminders
As we start the school year, here are a few important transportation updates for families: Check Routes Online: All bus routes and stop information are posted on our district website: hermiston.k12.or.us/busroutes

Wednesdays Look Different: Elementary: Afternoon drop-off is 45 minutes earlier than normal. Secondary (middle & high school): Morning pick-up is 45 minutes later than normal.
Stay Connected: Download the FirstView 1.0 app to track your student’s bus in real time, receive updates, and stay informed about any delays.

We’re kicking off the athletics season with our annual Salute to Service Night as the Bulldogs host the Richland Bombers.
Bring the whole family for an unforgettable evening: A special tribute to our military veterans and active-duty service members (with Bulldog gifts!) 🚁 The Oregon National Guard Chinook helicopter landing near the stadium 🎖️ JROTC students presenting the colors during the National Anthem

🏃♀️ Hermiston Dust Devils Youth Cross Country
Calling all young runners! The Dust Devils Youth XC program is open to students in grades K–5.
📅 Registration: September 9 & 11 at 6:30 PM in the HHS old commons Or register at the first practice on September 16 at 6:00 PM (behind Sandstone Middle School)
Cost: $40 per student / $90 family max
Highlights: -Build running skills in a fun, team environment -Meet new friends and stay active -Be part of Hermiston’s running tradition!
