988 Oregon: Support Is Always Within Reach

The State of Oregon has launched 988 Oregon: Connect to Hope, reminding everyone that help is available by calling or texting 988. This free, confidential service connects people to mental health and substance use support—whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or concerned about yourself or someone else. It’s never too early to reach out.

Stay Ahead of Immunization Exclusion Day

Student absenteeism changes throughout the year, and schools often see a short-term spike around Immunization Exclusion Day in late February. Families can help keep students in school by making sure immunizations are up to date now, helping avoid last-minute exclusions. Learn more in the Immunization Exclusion Day Resource.
