On May 5, learn how practicing emotional regulation can positively impact your daily life. Then, on May 7, don’t miss our 'Ask a Therapist' session a chance to get your questions answered live by a licensed professional.
Both sessions feature expert speakers and free resources to help you feel confident and supported as a parent.
Students who complete a wellness exam including those combined with a sports physical at the Hermiston Student Health Center are eligible to receive a $10 gift card! Gift cards are available for use at a variety of local Hermiston businesses.
Wellness exams are an important way to identify potential health concerns early and to support the development of lifelong healthy habits. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all students have a wellness exam and physical each year.
