Summer Program For Elementary

Summer program is offered to all students enrolled in the Hermiston School District. Registration dates for elementary summer program are March 23 – May 1.

Program Details

  • The Summer Program will be taking at Rocky Heights Elementary (all elementary summer program students will be at one location).
  • Champions is still offered through summer program, however this will now be family funded resulting in additional costs for your student to enroll in champions. 

Enrollment Cap

  • Grades K-2: 100 students per grade
  • Grades 3-5: 80 Students per grade

Registration Process

  • Regsitration is open March 23 – May 1
  • After registration closes, all families will be notified if their student is enrolled or waitlisted
  • Families must accept the invitation to confirm their student’s spot

 

Your child will enjoy a well-rounded experience that includes STEM exploration, creative arts activities, interactive games, and outdoor adventures. Give your child the opportunity to build friendships, make lasting memories, and build a valuable background for future academics. The Summer Program hours will begin June 22, and end July 17 and run 7:30am-1:45pm. Additional information can be found on the registration form.

Middle School Summer Program at Sandstone

Summer program is offered to all students enrolled in the Hermiston school district. Registration dates for middle school summer program are March 23 – May 1.

The following students will attend SMS for summer program:

  • Sandstone Middle School Students
  • Armand Larive Middle School Students

 

Join us for an exciting 3-week Summer Program from June 15 – July 2! Whether you're an incoming 6th grader getting a head start or a 7th & 8th grader looking to strengthen skills, this program is designed to help students explore, create, and get ahead while having fun with hands-on learning!

High School Summer Program at Hermiston High School

The following students will attend this location for summer program:

  • Hermiston High School Students

 

Give your student a dynamic summer experience filled with exploration, creative arts, interactive activities, and outdoor adventures! The Hermiston High School Summer Program is designed to help students build friendships, create lasting memories, and develop valuable academic skills in a fun and supportive environment. Program will be from June 15 – July 2. Additional information can be found on the registration form.

Kinder Camp for Incoming Kindergarteners

Kinder Camp will be taking place at Rocky Heights Elementary:

Join us for a fun-filled Kinder Camp from July 6 – July 17! Designed for incoming kindergarteners, this two-week program helps little learners build confidence, make new friends, and get a head start on school readiness. With enriching activities from 7:30 AM – 1:45 PM, Kinder Camp offers the perfect blend of early learning and playful discovery.
