At their regularly scheduled February Board Meeting the Hermiston School District Board of Directors approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement issued by Chervenell Construction, the District’s Construction Manager/General Contractor.
“The GMP is a contractual “not to exceed” agreement between the Board and Chervenell for the complete cost to construct the two replacement 62,000 sq ft elementary schools and associated site work,” explained Wade Smith, Assistant Superintendent.
