The Hermiston School District Board of Education is the policy-making body of the district. Policies shall be the guiding instrument for the Board. The policies shall be consistent with Oregon Revised Statutes, Oregon Administrative Rules and all federal laws and regulations. Policies are reviewed regularly and may be amended by appropriate Board action at any regular or special meeting of the Board.

Oregon School Boards Association

The Oregon School Board Association provides a policy storage and retrieval system that school districts can take advantage of.
