Hermiston School District is announcing online kindergarten registration from April 8 – April 22, for the 2019-2020 school year.
New kindergarten students must be five (5) years old by Sept. 1, 2019, or born on or before September 1, 2014. Parents/guardians may begin the registration process online at https://www.hermiston.k12.or.us/apps/pages/registration/, click on “Register NEW Students Online,” and answer all questions that apply.
If the parent/guardian does not have access to a computer, they may go to the District Office, located at 305 SW 11th Street, on Thursday, April 18, from 7:30 am-7:30 pm, to register their kindergarten student. Parents/guardians will need to provide the child’s birth record (birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport); proof of residence; and health/immunization records. Spanish translation services will be available.

El Distrito Escolar de Hermiston está anunciando que del 8 al 22 de abril se abren las inscripciones en línea para estudiantes del kínder para el año escolar 2019-20.
Los estudiantes nuevos que entrarán al kínder deben tener 5 años de edad antes del 1 de septiembre del 2019 o haber nacido en o antes del 1 de septiembre del 2014. Los padres/tutores pueden comenzar el proceso de inscripción en línea en www.hermiston.k12.or.us/apps/pages/registration, haciéndole clic donde dice “Registre NUEVOS Estudiantes En Línea,” y contestar todas las preguntas que aplican.
Si el padre/tutor no tiene acceso a una computadora, pueden ir a la Oficina del Distrito, localizada en 305 SW 11th Street, el jueves, 18 de abril, de 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., para inscribir a su estudiante. Los padres/tutores necesitarán llevar comprobante del archivo de nacimiento de su hijo/a (el acta de nacimiento, certificado de bautismo o pasaporte); comprobante de domicilio; y expediente de vacunas. Intérpretes estarán disponibles.
