Immunization Clinic/Clínica para Ponerse al Día con las Vacunas

This is for Hermiston School District Students ONLY.

- All school immunizations will be provided free of charge.  However, if families have insurance, they should bring this information so the UPHD may bill their insurance.  

- Take the student's shot records would also be helpful.

Esto es solo para los estudiantes del Distrito Escolar de Hermiston.

- Las vacunas se proveerán a ningún costo a los padres. Sin embargo, si las familias tienen seguro médico, deben llevar la información para que el Departamento de Salud Pública del Condado de Umatilla pueda enviar la factura al seguro médico.

-  Lleven la boleta de vacunas de su estudiante.
