Community Map

Educators in our district have a strong commitment to education, community and society. We have talented educators, capable students, caring parents and a supportive community. We're proud of our schools and invite you to become acquainted with our programs. We welcome your questions and comments.

We have received recognition for our outstanding educators' and students' accomplishments. Our district serves over 5,100 students with five elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school, the home of the Bulldogs.

Hermiston School District is the largest district in Eastern Oregon. We recently constructed three new elementary schools, a middle school, and renovated existing buildings with a 69.9 million dollar construction bond. The district employs about 280 teachers, 210 support Staff, 8 principals, 2 assistant principals, and 5 district-wide administrators/directors, making it one of the largest employers in the city.
